Portraits

I don’t know why, but the human always fascinated me. To observe always was and still is my fav activity. The whole body has a language of poses and movement, but it’s the face that seems to be much deeper and richer in meanings.

Some of these are completely made up. Probably mirroring myself in a way, some Freudian BS. But most are of real people and were gifts.

I even drew some internet personalities - JewWario [*], Noah Antwiler (The Spoony One), Mark Linsenmayer (from The Partially Examined Life podcast), TJ Kirk (The Amazing Atheist) - and few actors.

I drew portraits of some old cute humans for my classes.

2009 was a colorful year: fineliners, ProMarkers and crayons.
